Our coalition of cross-industry and academic partners are focused on building a maturity model to guide the way organizations transform their financial reporting and analysis process and architecture utilizing the power of interactive data, the Semantic Web and XBRL. The goal of the coalition is to develop a road map for implementing proven best practices as part of an end-state vision driven by business needs. This road map will be based on levels of maturity that will help the coalition members implement effective and standard ways to measure cost, impact, and the maturity of the adoption of interactive data, Semantic Web, and XBRL concepts in their reporting and analysis.
